Going to Moscow for the Rugby World Cup 2013?

The Russian National Tourist Office is the best travel agent to make all your travel arrangements. Having worked on many sporting events in Russia, we know what you are likely to need in Moscow and how to deliver that to you.

You will most probably need a Russian Visa for your trip. We can arrange one for you quickly and cheaply.

A tourist visa is a document which allows you to travel to Russia as a tourist. Such visas are issued for a maximum of 30 days and cannot be extended. A tourist visa is the best option when you know exactly where and how long you will be staying without diverting from your planned itinerary. For a tourist visa to Russia, you must have confirmed accommodation for every night of your stay in the country.

To apply for a Russian Tourist Visa you will need the following documents:

1.       Original passport (valid for more than 6 months with at least 2 blank pages for your visa)

2.       Booking form and Application form (available at this link: https://www.visitrussia.org.uk/visa/)

3.       One passport-type photograph

4.       Applicable fee (£115 - 6 working days processing, £210 - 2 working days processing)

Please note: You cannot obtain a visa from the Russian Consulate directly unless you have a voucher and a booking confirmation (a.k.a. visa support documents)

Your tourist voucher and booking confirmation can be arranged by us (the Russian National Tourist Office).

If you are not a UK citizen, additional documents and consulate fees might be applied.

If you arrive in Russia without a visa, you will not be allowed in. It is essential that your documents are in order whenever you travel to Russia. That’s why we strongly recommend that you use a professional company like the Russian National Tourist Office to make all the arrangements for you.
