IS IT WORTHWHILE COMING TO UKRAINE JUST FOR DENTAL TREATMENT?

DO THE STAFF SPEAK ENGLISH AT THE CLINIC?
Yes they do. Doctors in the clinic are prepared to serve foreign patients in English, French and Italian. And you are always accompanied by an English speaking assistant.
WHEN AND HOW DO I PAY?
You pay cash for all services and treatments at the time of treatment. There are many cash machines in the city center so feel free to take money without taxes & commission from your Debit Card at each stage. Your assistant will help you check all payments and change the currency if you require. For your dental treatment you pay at each visit.
DO I NEED ANY SPECIAL INSURANCE?
We recommend you seek the advice of an insurance agent regarding all tra vel risks.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO STAY IN UKRAINE?
It depends on the service. Most of the services can be done within a week. Some services require several visits. For example; implants require an additional visit about 4-6 months after the surgery. WHAT KINDS OF MATERIALS ARE USED IN UKRAINE?
Clinic and laboratory use only imported materials from the UK, Germany, Switzerland and Western Europe.
DO I HAVE TO COME TO UKRAINE FOR A DENTAL EXAMINATION BEFORE THE TREATMENT BEGINS?
No, it is not necessary. We always recommend our clients to send us panoramic x-rays of their teeth before their arrival so that dentists can prepare an initial treatment plan including cost of the treatment and time scale.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?
Cliniс accepts UK pounds, USD and EURO. If you are going to pay in UAH (Ukraine currency) the Cinic will accept by the present-time currency exchange rate.
DO I NEED A VISA TO ENTER UKRAINE? You do not need a visa to enter Ukraine if you are the following national: United Kingdom, United States of America, Canada and Japan, European Union, the Republic of Korea. HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY?
Clinic guarantees therapeutic and medical works executed by doctors. Warranty periods are calculated by it's specialists individually for each patient taking into account the state of his existing gums, etc. Other procedures which are not dependent on existing conditions (fillings etc.) are guaranteed for not less than one year!
