Visitors from almost all countries will need a visa. It cannot be obtained at the border, therefore you should apply for it before travelling.
Applications must be completed electronically and be signed by the applicants. The granting of a visa is at the discretion of the Russian Consulate. Payment of your visa fee does not guarantee issue and is not refundable should your application be declined.
