- Letter of Invitation:
You will need one of the following invitation types: (a good quality copy is acceptable)
- Tourist (ordinary) - Tourist invitations should be on the letterhead of the host company/organisation/hotel in Azerbaijan and signed by an authorised individual.
- Tourist (with special tourist voucher) – Tourist voucher, and a letter from travel agency issuing tourist voucher, on their letterhead and signed by an authorised individual.
- Business – Invitation from Azerbaijani Company, Invitation from foreign company based in Azerbaijan on the letterhead of the host company/organisation in Azerbaijan and signed by an authorised individual.
- Family Member(Business) – Invitation from Azerbaijani Company, Invitation from foreign company based in Azerbaijan on the letterhead of the host company/organisation in Azerbaijan and signed by an authorised individual.
- If express service chosen (Business or Humantrairan) - Telex invitation letter from the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry.
- Private - Invitation from an Azerbaijani citizen - Required for a Private visa. Must be accompanied by a photocopy of his/her passport (pages 2-5) or national identification card (both sides).
Additional Documentation:
Holders of EU member state and EEA (European Economic Area) passports that are resident in UK, Ireland, Iceland, Denmark must provide a good quality copy of at least two of the following documents to prove their residency:
- Recent utility bill
- Recent bank statement
- Recent credit card statement
- Mobile phone bill / contract
- Letter from the NHS
